COVID-19

To practice social distancing I suggest meeting via Zoom or Skype. If you prefer to meet in person we’ll determine safety precautions that will need to be taken.

Services

WHY ISN’T THERE AN INITIAL MEETING FOR PACKAGES?

The packages are all unique and serve different purposes and therefore I decided to keep the initial meeting for the hourly services only. But it doesn’t mean that I will not ask you questions or ask for the information from you before a service that comes in a package.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH TIME WITH YOU SHOULD I SCHEDULE?
During our initial meeting I’ll ask you questions that will help me assess the approximate amount of time needed for the service you chose. Please note that the actual time may vary in some circumstances especially if we haven’t work together before.
DO YOU OFFER SERVICES OUTSIDE OF NYC?

I’ll be happy to provide my in person services to you outwith the NYC area although due to COVID-19 it might not be possible. Use the contact page to let me know where you would like me to come. Please note that you will need to cover my travel and accommodation costs. I can also provide the services online for you if you’re located outside of New York. 

Fees & Cancellation

DO YOU CHARGE A BOOKING FEE?
In order to confirm the booking for all services except a Quick Consult I charge a non refundable deposit in the amount of 25% of the total value of the consultation. The deposit paid goes towards the cost of the consultation. In case when session is not cancelled or rescheduled by the client minimum 48 hours in advance the non refundable deposit will be used to cover my administration and preparation costs. For more details please refer to the Terms & Conditions or your contract.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE OUR MEETING?
Contact me as soon as you find out that you no longer can keep the scheduled session. Please do it minimum 48 hours in advance in order for your non refundable deposit to be transferred towards the next session (if scheduled within the next 6 months). For more details please refer to the Terms & Conditions or your contract.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
If you are a first time client sign up here and you’ll get a 10% off of your first session. Or if you already are a client of mine refer a friend and you both get 20% off when they book their first session.
CAN I REFER A NEW CLIENT TO GET A DISCOUNT?
Yes! If you refer someone who is not a client of mine yet you will get 20% off of your next session once they book their first session. They will also get a 20% discount for their first session as a welcome gift.
